Yet another reason not to use Flash. I browse with Waterfox which AIUI won't let you install Flash (can't afford to lose lots of Medline search saves in Scrapbook Plus; Quantum-aimed variants too buggy - and I generally can't stand the interface in Quantum).

That's 'old' news. The security bulletin and blog post were published at February 6. Anybody using the latest Flash Player v 28.0.0.161, release date February 6, is protected.
