Can someone confirm this? [resolved]

Eudora 7 is able to access the network without any rules allowing it to do so. There's no prompt even with "very high" set for alerts. Thanks.

Is the certified apps by comodo option unchecked?

That's because Eudora is on  comodo's "white list" of applications. You can disable the option Do not show alerts for applications certified by Comodo (Advanced/Miscellaneous) if you want CFP to show alerts for those applications.
