Knock, knock. This issue is still present with the newest Windows 10 and current CIS. Just to let you know.

Looks really bad. Error still present. Fresh install on Win10.

This is an older topic. The events logged by Windows simply tell that the way guard64.dll gets loaded is deprecated by Microsoft. It is not a risk security or otherwise.
