May i know your:
1. CIS/CFW version ?
2. Win version along with system bit type ?
3. Any other security software installed in your pc other than CIS/CFW ? as we don't recommend customers to use several security software simultaneously which may create performance issue, crash...etc.
4. Any software involved to make cmdagent cpu's high ?
5. could you please share us the cmdagent causes high cpu screenshot ?
