Is CMF compatible with Win Defender & Threatfire?
« on: February 26, 2009, 06:04:26 AM »
Just curious before I give it a test run if CMF is known to be compatible with Windows Defender and PCTools Threatfire? Thanks very much for any help.

With Windows Defender, yes.  I don't use  ThreatFire so someone else will have to respond to that one.

I can vouch that it's compatible with PC Tools ThreatFire too. :)

Thank you both for the assist. It's good to know it's compatible. I wasn't 100% sure especially when it came to Threatfire because I know TF has some buffer overflow protection itself. Though I'm not certain how comprehensive this is in TF.
