Flash will not run in CID v60.0.2.10
« on: July 26, 2018, 08:01:31 AM »
- Your Operating System (and whether it's 32bit/64bit);

Windows 10 Professional 64bit

- Security Software Installed;

Windows Defender, Comodo Firewall

- How you produced the problem;

Go to https://www.powerball-club.com
All Flash content has disappeared (note the navigation bar at the top of the page is missing.
It works fine in Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox though.

- How you tried to resolve the problem;

Add-ons > Plugins > Always activate (set) and Block dangerous/intrusive Flash content (unchecked)

Flash version : 30.0.0.134

Hi 7Leagues, thank you for the feedback!

Did you hide the navigation bar on purpose (by an extension or other way) or the navigation bar is just not displayed? Right-click on the blocked flash items should show the dialog box asking to allow Flash to run on that site.

Thank you very much,

The Comodo Browsers team

Hi Andrei,

I agree that is what happens in Firefox, Chrome, etc. but in CID there is no such option. Please see the attached screenshot to see what I get when right-clicking on the area where the Flash header and navigation bar are supposed to be.

Only been able to replicate this issue on one Windows 10 machine and the fix for that was to re-install the Flash (only get it from the official Adobe Flash site).

Thanks for your suggestion Andrei. I reinstalled Flash but unfortunately it made no difference so it looks like I will have to go back to Firefox as the problem only occurs for me in CID.
