You using the Comodo DNS addresses from 8.26.x.x and 8.20.x.x range? With them this site is not blocked. You can also use Comodo Dome Shield DNS which is even better and free with Custom Blacklists.

I think the Comodo DNS that is blocking it is the default one bundled with CIS, which is from Neustar 'rebranded' as Comodo DNS.

thanks for the comments and recommendations! As you can see in the attachment, I already had contact with the support of "Neustar" two days ago and the blockage was even confirmed again. An explanation for this classification was unfortunately not given to me. But nice to note that this has now apparently been resolved.

it doesn't host malwares this is only a legit redirector service used and needed for many services allowing to generate free premium links to download files from many files hosting services

(there are ads but users who use anti ads addon/plugin/software aren't affected)
