Comodo stops downloading a file that is okay (utorrent)

Hi.

I want to download a small tracking-file. Since I updated Comodo the last time, it wont allow me to download these files.
The Utorrent Program I can open. But when downloading the tracking-file the browser turns to a COMODO site saying:
“Sorry, “torcache.net” does not exist or could not be found”

Please let me know how to get rid of this blockage.
