My Father In Law installed this last week, and raved about how great it was. So finally today, I backed up everything, ran the cleaner and let it go. Well when it asked to reboot I said sure…well it won’t reboot. Won’t even let me use the function keys to enter express recovery, bios setup, boot menu or anything. I’m at a loss as to what to do. I’m computer literate enough just to be dangerous. 
I’m running on XP SP3. But I really can’t tell you much else since I can’t get the computer to boot up. It’s like it just erased everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
