Unable to retrieve new certificate [RESOLVED]

I requested certificate and received an email with link for collevting it. If I go to the link I get a message saying:
Attempting to collect and install your Free Certificate...

In safari, it stays forever
In Firefox I get the following message:
This personal certificate can't be installed because you do not own the corresponding private key which was created when the certificate was requested.

What did I miss on the creation? Mi OS is MAC OS 10.6

Can you submit a revoke request then re-apply with Firefox;
To Revoke; Send a Request Here
https://support.comodo.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
Click on Certificates > Next > I need to re-issue my cert

then Explain your situation once you get a confirmation that your email cert is revoked; Reapply for one via http://www.instantssl.com/ssl-certificate-products/free-email-certificate.html
