Hi, KrazyKat

Comodo SecureEmail (CSE) supports SSL mail accounts from version 1.1.
In order to process SSL accounts - mail client settings and CSE should be setup properly.
CSE automatically imports and updates settings from Outlook, Outlook Express (Windows Mail in Vista) and Mozilla Thunderbird mail clients. Other mail clients are supported as well BUT should be setup manually:
    1) Set "Use SSL:" to "No" for mail account in your mail client
    2) Add this port to CSE protocols settings (more information: CSE User Guide - Configuring CSE - Protocols)
    3) Restart Mail client
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each mail account.

I hope this post will help in resolving your issue, feel free to ask any questions about CSE.

P.S. Posting more details about your problem is highly appreciated. :)

Regards, Eugene
