Comodo CCE.exe crashes at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\WXP with 3 threats found

I’m trying to run CCE.exe on a potentially infected computer (win7 enterprise, sp1, x64) and it crashes at “scanning hidden files and directories” and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\WXP with 3 threats found. I’ve tried a few times and it always crashes at this point.

All I see in the logs are .tmp files, so not sure what to do. I made a video of the crash, so I can see the registry entries scanned before Threats found turns red- but not sure what the lag time is there.

Basically, it turns red, but lists 0 while scanning: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\img\OpenWithList

Red and threats found listed at 3 while scanning:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail

Sorry, quick edit - that should be “.img” (not “img”)- forgot the dot, not sure if that matters.
