Is It Possible to Exclude Files\Folders from CCE Scan ?

Hello,

Is there a way to exclude files and folders from a CCE scan ?

I cannot find a way to do so in CCE… maybe I am not seeing it.

You maybe able to achieve the desired result from using a custom scan.

The issue I am attempting to circumvent is that CCE detects malicious files contained in CIS Quarantine folder.

Yes. A custom scan will work, but must be configured every time… is that not correct ?

Yes correct as far as I know.
CCE was originally designed as a standalone portable application for cleaning infected systems and not intended to be used as a regular scanner.
I suspect the above is the reason behind not having permanent exclusion options.
