How come Comodo is not releasing the latest CCE v6.1.275152.2801 standalone

May I ask how come Comodo is not releasing the latest CCE v6.1.275152.2801 standalone version any more, because I’m only see the old version and has Comodo change their policy that CCE will become part of the CIS from now on as their will be no more standalone any more.
