Trouble installing Windows updates

kb4474419 kb4490628 fail to install on Windows 7 x64. Is there a workaround?

They write that first you need to install KB4489878, then KB4474419. Installation may also interfere if the computer is dual boot like Windows 7 + Linux, or Windows 7 + Windows 10 etc.

KB4489878 failed. I don't have dual boot.

Try to install the last Windows 7 Cumulative Update. It should have everything prior to its release: Windows 7 Cumulative Update
