I  never got notifications but Friday March 6 I got notifications of some topics. I don't know if that are all topics but things may be starting to change.

Today I checked both my email and unread replies to posts and they are now in synch. The email now reflects all replies to unread posts as th forum does. I will keep an eye on it the upcoming days. But so far so good; it looks like it may be fixed.

I have been keeping an eye on the email notifications over the past couple of days. The notifications are working and in synch with the Show replies to your posts of the forum. The emails notification is at the same time as the forum will show.

I would say things are fixed but would like to ask others share their findings.
