I don’t see any information in the admin guide:

How do I add custom rules? Specifically, can I create my own file with custom rules and, if so, how do I get CWAF to load the file?

Also, I want to block bots that are not included in bl_agents. How to I get CWAF to recognize my bl_agents_xtra file?

You can add your rules in [CWAF path]/etc/httpd/global directory (/var/cpanel/cwaf/etc/httpd/global for cPanel install). In this case your rules will not be erased after rules or CWAF plugin update. For example, you can create /var/cpanel/cwaf/etc/httpd/global/bl_agent_extra and /var/cpanel/cwaf/etc/httpd/global/bl_agent_extra.conf files.

Thanks for that! My paths are a little different but I believe I found what I need.
