How to block a host by Ip, using comodo firewall

i want to block, porn websites, and many other websites access to childs laptop,
block site domain, or server-ip-address, not just for one browser/application, but for all, for whole system

I looked around in comodo setting, and got confused with many block options,..

i want to do, similar to this(linked) article, but with comodo firewall, not windows

If the web filtering worked properly this could be a solution.
Unfortunately this is not the case and it doesn't look like Comodo will be addressing this issue anytime soon.
