The only service that needs to be running on the EP is the ESM VNC service which should display in your task manager as tvnserver.exe and in your services.msc panel as CesmVncServer.

Port 9902 should work fine though.

Thanks for the confirmation. Yes they are running.

Thanks Michel, but it didn't work with the firewall on the endpoint and on the server both disabled (Windows and CIS).

I'll re-try again tomorrow just in case though. On the ESM server do I have to set 9902 as the target port? (All ports have been left at installation defaults as far as I am aware).
