Where to post question about email S/MIME cert

I have a free. p12 cert file from comodo.

I am able to send encrypted/signed emails from my iMac to myself on my iphone, using the comodo cert.

But I cannot do the reverse.

Where would I post a question about that?

Please read how the email certs work.

I don’t know how the iPhone email works, but I think you’ll need to add the cert to the contact entry with the email address.

Yes, I already added the cert. However, I see that it is listed as “Not Trusted” in my profile on my iphone…
Not sure why I can decrypt but not encrypt.

I will check the KB again.

Hi,

Not sure if Comodo still use an intermediate certificate with the email certs.
That is a certificate between your email cert and the root cert.

If they do then I imagine you’ll have to import that to the phones cert store…somehow.
Thats the usual cause of the untrusted messages.
