Error while creating email certificate / also no collection emails.

I tried to create an free email certificate. Some part of the process failed (due to an issue with IE 11).
So I was never able to get the certificate. I also did not receive any emails to collect the certificate. I tried the process over again and I get the message saying a certificate was already issued to that email address. Is there anyway to retrieve the certificate now?

I would recommend starting the process from the beginning again.

But before doing that submit a ticket to support here:

Ask them to revoke the certificate for the email address you used so that you can reapply.
