Comodo Personal Email Certificate (authentication/signing) Expired - Now what?

Today my Comodo personal email certificate for authentication and signing expired.

This was free when I got it a year ago.

What can I do to renew it?

Thanks.

Hi

You just have to go through the same process that you did when you originally applied for and collected the one that’s just expired.

If you have any issues applying for, or collecting, a new certificate, check the knowledge base for a solution:

Thanks.

If I wanted an email auth cert that did not expire, would I buy a “Personal Authentication Certificate”?

Hi

All certificates have expiry dates.

I ‘think’ Personal ones are still only valid for 1 year.

Garry

I see a Personal Authentication Cert and a Secure Email Cert for sale.

Which should I buy if I am looking for encryption and signing for email between a mac and an iphone?

Thanks.

Hi

Might be best to ask the Comodo sales team on that one.

Contact Comodo - Email or Talk to a Comodo Representative?

Garry

How do you renew an expired free email certificate?

My certificate expired in December. I cannot apply for a new one because Comodo tells me a certificate has already been assigned to my email address. I can re-download my original certificate (I still have the old email), but nothing changes when I install it.

What can I do?

Thanks
