Certificate not working in Windows Livemail

When my certificate expired I ordered a new one. Certificate installed and says it is valid and working. However when I try to send an email it says the email cannot be sent due to missing certificate! The email sends fine if the digital certificate is removed. I have tried revoking and installing a new certificate to no avail.

I either need to find a solution to this, or remove the certificate entirely.

Did you assigned the ‘new’ email certificate to your email address?
