Help with Pem Files

Hello everyone... I am asking for help and clarification on PEM files I receved from Comodo.  I generated
3 csr using IIS 7

Submitted the CSR to comodo and received my pem files. I open one of the pem files noted the folloing

I assumed the private is not in the pem file.  I need to convert the pem file to .pfx
how would I include the private key when I begin to conver the pem file to .pfx.
