Can anyone tell me how I enter the collection code? I received the email with the red link button to “Click and install E-mail certificate”, but when I click on this it tells me it was succcessful, but there is nowhere to enter the collection code. sooooo what do I do to be able to actually use the encryption service for the email? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which browser did you use?
It doesn’t work with chrome for example, and I don’t think you can get your certificate with another browser if you generated it with chrome.
Thank you for your response. I’m using explorer not chrome. Is there a problem with that browser?
