can't use email digital certificate

i’ve downloaded email certificate for my email accout, but i can’t find any certificate on my outlook express 6 ID list. anybody got suggestion? by the way, i’ve seen the troubleshooter in support.comodo.com, it’s not helping.

First thing to do would be to start Internet Explorer on the machine.
Check the Personal certificate store.
Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates

If the certificate is in that store then the issue is with Outlook Express.
If it’s not in that store then its not on the machine.

Either way, the best plan would be to submit a ticket at http://support.comodo.com (after checking the above store), and ask for the certificate on our system to be revoked so that you can go through and place the order again.
