Not all the files need Human Expert verdict. We’re recieving millions of samples per day, and most of them are being processed through automated systems. When we’re sure of the verdict, then human expert is not involved.

Hello morphiusz,

It happened due to a bug and we have fixed following problem, could you please check again ?

Please note that, in normal flow, 'File not Found' is being used for files that we don't have both Verdict and file itself.

I use Comodo Cloud Antivirus and the times of the verdicts of the files sent to Valkyrie are very long ... It is not acceptable such a long time. Optimize the times that should be seconds or at most 1 or 2 minutes but not more ...
