Cloud Lookup database file check
« on: June 14, 2020, 05:49:07 AM »
Is it possible to do a Cloud Lookup database file check (by not using CIS) to see if a certain file is known in the database and whether it is trusted or not?
For instance by submitting a SHA1 hash and getting back the file information known/unknown, trusted/untrusted and maybe the file name as well?

Thanks.

PS
Please move this post to the right forum section as I couldn't find one, thanks.

Just because we don't always comment; doesn't mean we don't notice  ;)

You can also check with https://verdict.valkyrie.comodo.com/ and to some extent https://file-intelligence.comodo.com/

I will check those sites as well, very good to know. :-TU

Thank you for the information! :)
