Trust Connect - Invalid login, password or user not active

I tried connecting to trust connect from my laptop but it gave me the following message:

Invalid login, password or user not active. I tried to reset password, got the confirmation but it did not work.

Is trust connect still free or not?

Also I have Comodo internet security premium for windows 7 64 bit version 5.10228257.2253 does that have etrust connect already in it and if so what screen is it located in. Please clarify the above thanks.

Existing free subscriptions are valid, but free sign up for new users are temporarily blocked.
