To be honest I wasn’t aware of the trustconnect facility before it poped-up, asking me whether I want to connect with it or not. My connection is at home and I know all people using it. Do I need trustconnect? I’m worried it might affect my P2P connections, ratios, etc. Any advice?
TrustConnect is intended mainly to protect your traffic from interception in public networks, for example, at public WiFi points in libraries, airports, hotels etc. If outsiders don’t have access to your home network, you obviously have no need in TrustConnect at home.
