I would like TrustConnect to start when I boot-up my computer. Is there any way to do this?
TrustConnect doesn’t support this feature, because TC initially is not intended for permanent connection, but only for those cases where it is necessary to safely transfer any private information (e.g., e-mail from public WiFi hotspot).

It will encrypt everything in and out of your computer and funnel it through Comodo’s servers. Thus, yes it will, although it’s really aimed more at wireless connections.
