How to make it work? Need support.

It seems like you somehow don’t have access to trustlogo.comodo.com. Is your port 443 (https) opened? Do you use a firewall?
Try to open this link in your browser: https://trustlogo.comodo.com/trustconnect/location.
You should get a response. If you get the response try to connect to TC server again.

IE shows the wrong info(belowed) when I open the url address (https://trustlogo.comodo.com/trustconnect/location)

You may enter http://trustlogo.comodo.com/trustconnect/location?mode=0&login=your_login and you should see the list of access servers which are available for your account.
