Can't Connect to TrustConnect

Greetings,

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could assist me with this trouble I’m having. When I try to connect to TrustConnect, I am unable to do so - as of yesterday. I have tried changing my password, using different combinations of my username or email, and reinstalling numerous times to no success. Here is what happens:

You can’t connect because of authorisation failed. You may use wrong login/password, your licence can be expired or your account can be blocked.

First check your TrustConnect service login/password on the Comodo account system page. Then you need contact Comodo support and provide them your TC login and licence.

Okay thank you for your reply and information. I have verified my password is correct by signing into my Comodo account and checking my TrustConnect password… it still does not work. I have submitted a ticket a few days ago with this information and have not received a response yet. Do you know how long it usually takes? Thank you!
