Just noticed that while in scan and you click on desktop, scanning stops and closes !
Imagine a 3 hours scan that went into dust because of click on desktop. :-TD
I edited your title to be more informative. It will then have a better chance that Comodo employees may pick it up.
Does this reproduce? If so I would like to urge you to write a bug report about it.

Full stop, hdd activity stops, and when you run scan again it starts from beginning.
