Locked screen

I installed CMS ver 2.7.4 on my LG G3, now I have a BIG problem, I created a password for anti-theft, today I wanted to uninstall ver 2.7.4 and install the new ver 3.0,…I went settings in the menu top left
to deactivate the screen lock as it should there are three buttons “send email” “unlock” and send sms message", the last two are grey in color the first box is green,… “send email” the email is sent but the screen is locked, big question, how and where do I start trying to get pass my locked screen.
