Request error Status: 500

I can not use the startup wizard. I always get the error message: Request error Status: 500 internal server error.

What can I do?

Hi Kurtw,

Would you send us your korumail log file in order to analyze this error in detail?

You can find this file in this directory:

/opt/korumail/logs/webapp/korumail_web_logs.log

In addition, if you are still using Korumail v6.5 beta version, I want to suggest you update it with a new version v6.6 from your Korumail dashboard. It might help you about this error.

We will be looking forward to your response about it.
