Unwanted comodo warning popups on webpages

After installing Comodo I have uninterupted access to most websites, but whenever I try to go to Amazon.com I get a popup warning with the words: “The current website is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this?
Current site: www.amazon.com
trusted site: res://ieframe”
At the bottom, with the security warning (doing so will expose my comupter to risk) is a yellow shield icon with a black exclamation mark inside it.
I can only get rid of the pop up after clicking on either “yes” or “no” no less than three times! And it appears on each page I go to. I don’t know if it will be on other sites as I’m not traveling too much on the web, but the other sites I did try didn’t have the problem.
I tried configuering comodo as much as I understand how to be “lenient” in its approach to the internet, but as a person with adaquate but not advanced knowledge of computers I can’t solve the problem.
Any advice?

Can you take a screenshot of the alert?

What OS do you have (XP, Vista, etc)?
Do you have any other security programs?
