allow to scan another file after report is created

2 things here

1. Please on the ‘report’ page allows us to directly scan another file, like at the very bottom, have a ‘browse’ and ‘scan’ button, i hate having to go visit ‘bookmarks’ just to re-scan a file

2. Automatically check the ‘terms of service’ box, extra clicks=bad
