Please post all bug reports & BSOD’s here.
Be sure to include:

  • Your Operating System (and whether it’s 32bit/64bit);
  • Other Backup & Security Software Installed;
  • How you produced the problem;
  • How you tried to resolve the problem;
  • Screen-shots with the error (if any);
  • if the issue is a BSOD, please post all the dump files in \Windows\Minidump folder (you can compress them)
  • if the issue is a crash, program stops responding or freezes please see this topic
  • if the issue is an error (not program crash or freeze) please run the dbgInfo.bat in installation folder and post the resulting cbu file.
  • Any other Additional Information (for example, any non-default settings used);

cDrive is really too slow. When copying files, writing new files, creating directories the user has to wait about 10 seconds or more.

Besides this, when a word document from cDrive is opened and modified, it gives the error “save_error.png” when trying to save. When a document from a regular location (desktop let say) is opened and tried to save as to cDrive “save_as_error.png” is given. The document cannot be saved to cDrive.

I have windows 7, 64 bit.

The experience is a little slower with cDrive than with cCloud because files are retrieved / created directly in the cloud. Once a file is edited and then saved, it will be online.

We will investigate this issue. From the screenshots I see that you were using Microsoft Office. Which version were you using?
