Hi
I have a number of files and folders on my cCloud account that I wish to delete. However, every time I try to delete one I get the following error message:
“This file seems to be already in use. Please try again later. Original message: 306: Sharing violation”
I am pretty sure no other program of mine is attempting to access the files. I have undeleted all Comodo desktop apps (cDrive, cCloud, cBackup) from my pc (which runs win 8.1), and am using the web interface only. I have also waited 24 hours between deletion attempts. Nothing works.
Is there a way I can unlock the files, please? I’d be very grateful for help.
