Activation Email Not Received

Signed up for the free 10GB here:

Filled in all the details, hit sign up, it then told me an activation email was sent to me.
Nothing arrived.
Tried to sign up again and it tells me my email address is already in use, so it has accepted my email address.

Nothing is in my junk folder.

How can I get the activation email sent again?

The sign up only asked for:

First Name, which is Garry
Last Name, which is Bickerton
Email Address, which is the one on my profile
Password

Let me know if you need more info.

So eventually signed into the account.

What should have been the free 10GB Personal account has ended up being a 1GB Business account, which is not what I wanted…or believe I signed up for.

Support now saying : If you want a 10GB of storage you will have to register under a different e-mail address.

Got to say this is an extremely frustrating situation.
All I want is the free account under the email address I used, that should not be that difficult to achieve.

Not sure what has been done behind the scenes, but I now have a Personal Account, thank you.

However, when I sign into it I am told I am running low on space, which is strange as I have not uploaded anything.

How can I tell how much space I have?

Is this a left over from the account originally being a 1GB Business Account?

Any ideas?

Try to sign up with another email. Maybe that will help.

It has taken a while to get this far with the email address I have on this account.

So now to try with a different email address is not really an option.
