using the Comodo Antivirus program for Linux we are not able to detect a Trojan virus in the LAN .
We suspect a Trojan type virus in the R7000 router.

if this Trojan is in your Router, then Comodo is not a help. Then you should connect your router to another machine with Kaspersky installed and check if this can remove it.
If not, then you need a new router! There is no way round this in such a case!! Then your router has become to a danger for you and it should be replaced, because then your router is no longer trustworthy!! :P0l
