Scan On-Access feature

Hi,
I am trying to run AV software which is able to scan on-access every new file which arrive via proftpd server. I tried ClamAV + mod_clamav for proftpd but the problem is that ClamAV needs fanotify to be presented in system. Second problem is that server is based on Squeeze with kernel 2.6.32-5 and fanotify is working >2.6.36. Third problem is I can’t reboot that server (regarding to kernel recompilation).
Is it possible to do this with Comodo?

  1. scan on-access every new file in /var/ftp//
  2. send email if file is infected.

where is configuration file for Comodo? (I don’t have GUI on server)
