Had an outage with our O365 Exchange server the other day. We could see that the mail had been (successfully) sent to the Exchange server and could check emails in the archive for anything important. That was followed by a user error with his Outlook program, same assist using ASG. Microsoft support was very good helping me find the user error <blush>. Great troubleshooting aid here.
