Trying to resend an email from the Archive list is confirmed as sent but never arrives in the mail recipients’s box
I am new to this program so guess I have something set wrongly.
Anyone have a suggestion

Are you looking in the user’s inbox for the original date/time the email was originally received?

Yes nothing shows at current time nor the original receive time

Could you please PM me your domain name as well as some details about the email so we can have a look into this? We may need you to have a look in your mail-server’s message logs too…
