Does the sales department respond to email?

I emailed sales through Comodo’s web form over a week and a half ago with a question as I signed up for a trial and wanted to find out the best / most cost effective way to purchase a subscription with my scenario. I never received a reply. I’m a little disappointed, and I’ve seen other threads in the forum as well about lack of responses. Should I look elsewhere? Is this the norm?
