Hi,

This question was sort of asked before regarding catch-all accounts, but was moved to support, so I could not see the final answer.

  1. If I have the 25 user license and one user requests an alias on their account, how will that then impact on my user limits? Does mail still get delivered (if not filtered) after the limit is reached?

  2. If I create the 25 users, add the 26th user to the whitelist, does that mean mail to this user will be delivered but not filtered?

Hi 11Red,

  1. We don’t charge for aliases no license infringement takes place
  2. Correct, That user will also not be allocated a quarantined-items mailbox.
