Does the latest beta function on Windows 2003? The previoue beta I tried did not. I am just trying to avoid uninstalling the current stable version to install the beta, only to find out it will not work. Thanks

All of the security options were off and couldn't be enabled. I tried it on 2 different windows 2003 machines and had the same results with both.
I just tried the latest beta with the same results as well.

Please report your OS and CPF version details.

Did CPF generate a bug report? Or do you have a memory dump?

Those keys were there. On the machine I just tested it on, I only had the current stable version of CPF befre installing the beta.

I got into a situation that when I either shutdown, restart, or logged off, I would hang at the Logging Off screen.

Knowing that the new beta does some security checking during shutdown/logoff I suspected CPF might be the culprit.

I proceeded to exit CPF using the tray icon.  When CPF was no longer running (I also killed cmdagent.exe) I did a shutdown and it worked just fine.

After I restarted my system and got into XP I tried a shutdown again with CPF running normally.  This time I had no problem.

So it appears CPF did a 'hiccup' on me and that restarting with CPF not running got things back to normal.

Usually the Wireless users were restricting their Trusted Zone to the IP of the router.  I assume you are still using your old router (wireless disabled)... did you update the Trusted Zone?  Are you sure your NIC driver is set for DHCP?
