When I try to submit file (doesn’t matter it’s more or less than 1 MB length), I get the error:

What’s strange, I was able few minutes ago submit only once a file, which weighted about 3MB, but other files (as I mentioned, more or less than 1 MB), couldn’t be submitted.
Why is that?
