Potential false positive with request for recheck: Dragona.exe

The file Dragona.exe is the client's exe file for the private MMORPG server "Dragona World".
Website:
https://dragonaworld.com
Their article about virus alerts caused by the client:
https://dragonaworld.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/44000633188-how-to-solve-your-antivirus-problems-
The previous version of this file was flagged as a PUA:
https://valkyrie.comodo.com/get_info?sha1=d6fde211e97752618be1cd5416d6d7fb0b51ddeb
The most recent version has been uploaded to Valkyrie and been flagged as malware by Human Expert Analysis:
https://valkyrie.comodo.com/get_info?sha1=d6fde211e97752618be1cd5416d6d7fb0b51ddeb
Is it the addition of anti-VM and illegal data-size that caused this? I'm sceptical about this result. I get that unsigned and packed files that try to evade being disassembled (probably to protect their code and make it harder for people to cheat in the game) are suspicious, but can you please double-check this?
